Select a book in the assistant, then ask a question, request a summary or generate a quiz.

Open the Notifications page and save the categories you want to receive.

After you send it, its status appears in the My support requests list.

Bookings and purchases must be made by an adult for themselves, or by a parent or responsible adult for the minor. A declaration is required before each booking or purchase; it does not constitute age verification.

The team reviews the application and media before activating the profile. This manual review is not identity certification through a national identity card (CIN).

In your professional profile, upload an MP4, WebM or MOV file, or use your browser’s recorder. The maximum file size is shown in the form. Wait for confirmation that the file has been saved.

The packages and passes shown are prepaid in one payment, with manual renewal. The full amount is paid in advance; sessions last 60 minutes. Check the offer summary before paying.

The options depend on the offer, payment status and when you cancel. Check your booking or contact support with its reference. A request does not guarantee a refund.

1 point is currently worth 1.00 EUR. To pay for a package with points, the total in EUR is divided by this value, then rounded up to the next whole point. Top-ups and payments are made in euros (EUR).

The purchase discount is preserved; the calculation does not revert to the undiscounted rate.
